If we need more Saturdays to do this just let us know. I will have signs made up to put at the front entrance.
The 2012 Annual Meeting for Lee Forest will be held Monday February 20, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. The Meeting will occur at Rainbow Lanes.
We recommend that everyone attend.
I am asking all residents that have any issues on there properties that are the Developers responsibilty, to please call and complain to PercyLee at 919-553-6494 and the NC State DOT at 919-731-7938. Call them everyday until we get the issues completed by one of them. We are in the process of reaching out to 5 on your side and ohter news media to help with the lack of response by the responsible party to make the necessary repairs so that the DOT will take over our roads. I am asking everyone and there guests to please drive with due regard in the neighborhood. We have been receiving a lot of complaints of vehicles driving to fast. We need to remember that children are out playing, adults are out walking. Also everyone needs to pay attention to making a full stop at all “STOP” signs. Thanks
On Saturday June 18th, Lee Forest will hold its first Community yard sale. From 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Just a reminder for all our pet owners to please be mindful when your pet is off its leash and roaming the neighborhood. We have been receiving complaints of some dogs running loose and doing there business on other homeowners properties.
I would like to thank everyone that came out to our get together this past weekend! I hope everyone enjoyed themselves. Lets make this a yearly function for our neighborhood.
